Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties. Your data will remain available on your device, but after 30 days, it will no longer sync with the cloud. You can still continue using the Free version on a single device for as long as you like. This ensures you’re never locked out of your essential records even after cancelling.

🔒 What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your data remains securely stored on your device at all times. If you decide not to renew your subscription, your data will stop syncing with the cloud after 30 days, but you can still access everything locally. You can also export your data before the 30 days if needed. The Free version allows you to keep working on one PC without losing access to your records.

When you’re back online, data automatically syncs with the cloud.
